The UMED medical record is the most comprehensive available anywhere. You, your doctor or your loved one's doctor fill out the registration questionnaire: a UMED record can include a person's unique family medical history, alternative medications, immunizations, living will, advance directives and organ donor preferences.
To ensure your privacy, only verified medical personnel or callers with your password may access UMED records.
