Full-Coverage Soft Shell Helmet
This lightweight helmet is constructed of 16mm thick foam and is provided with extra coverage around both the ear and the temporal-cheek area. The ear slings consist of reinforced foam to which the chin strap is attached. The foam padding also extends down to the nape of the neck. Reinforced vinyl material is also bonded to the liner seams, giving extra strength in these areas for situation where they receive extra stress.

The head circumference should be measured at eyebrow level. Since a proper fit is important for the comfort of the wearer, measurements should be determined by professional personnel.

These helmets are custom made in the USA. Delivery takes 3-4 weeks.
The surface of the material of construction should be handled with care, since it can easily be cut or damaged by solvents and other chemicals. It should only be washed with luke-warm water and mild soap suds. It should never be dried by heating, left in sunlight or near a source of heat.
If any splits or cracks are observed, they should be repaired by the use of PVC "electrical" tape to minimize propagation of the splits.
