Book Review - Growing up With Epilepsy

Dr. Blackburn's, Growing Up With Epilepsy, is a new book for parents of children with epilepsy or a seizure disorder. It is written in a simple Socratic style which makes the book not only an easy and informative preliminary read, but also makes for quick and accessible referencing for you as your child grows and develops.
The book provides some basic anatomy so terms and information about the brain is easily understood, as well as many hands on tips for dealing with a child's changing needs. It discusses openly how to discipline a child with seizures, how to distinguish when a child is having a seizure or is simply acting out and how to deal with sibling rivalry.
Any parent of a child with seizures would do well to put this reference book on their shelves.
