2003 Epilepsy Employer Award
This is an opportunity for you to nominate your employer to be recognized as a supportive employment base for people with epilepsy or individually as the case may be for you.
Details should include:
1. How long have you been in your current employment?
2. Did you have a diagnosis for epilepsy prior to your current employment?
3. If so, what was the employer's reaction when the subject was discussed?
4. At which point did you inform your employer of your epilepsy? a. at the time of the interview?
b. on receiving confirmation of you securing the job?
c. After you secured the job?
5. Has your employer sought information about seizure management?
6. Have you had any seizures whilst at work?
7. What was the reaction of the employer and other staff members when they became aware of your disorder?
8. How secure do you feel in keeping your position at your employment?
